I HAVE A 1970'S 4 WHEEL 36 VOLT HARLEY DAVIDSON GOLF CART, THE CART HAS LACK OF POWER WHEN GOING UP A SMALL GRADE, IT IS HAS AHARD TIME TO LOAD ON MY TRAILER, THE CART HAS 3 BRAND NEW BATTERIES,THE OTHER TESTED GOOD,DOES ANYBODY HAVE AN IDEA WHAT MIGHT CAUSE THIS? THANKS, 3RACER

How were the batteries tested? Under a load? Try hooking a digital volt meter to the individual batteries one at a time and see how low the voltage drops on each one when you drive up on to the trailer or driving up a incline. Also after riding the cart 15 minutes or so check all your cable and see if any are hot...
