Hi, new here. I just picked up two 1959 Cushman golf carts. They are in really great shape but are not running. They need batteries but they ran a year ago when parked. Wondering if i should sell as is or get them done up right (new wire, paint and new rubber?) Thanks in advance!

No problem, you're welcome. The do look like nice golf carts and appear to be in good condition so if you can find someone that is into restoring old carts they may be worth more money.

Thanks they sure are nice. The guy i got them from said they have lived in an airplane hanger since 1991! They run and drive but the guy said its been a year since they have seen any action. Ive been looking all over the webs. Do you know of anyone in the U.S. that restores golf carts?

There's quite a few member here who have restored vintage golf carts so someone may show some interest in them when they see this thread. You can also post them on Craigslist and Facebook Market Place to keep it a local sale.
