18 hp briggs

I need to get the stutter out of it, will try new plugs, smells rich with a little smoke when you hit it, also would like to know if anyone has messed with the adjustment of the mixture???

Probably just need to clean the carb real good.

New? Don't take anything apart, take it to a Briggs dealer and let him figure it out.
