11" wheels

A friend gave me some 24x10x11 rear tires and 24x8x12 front, I can find the 12" rims but where can i find 11"rims

I've never heard of 11" wheels for a cart or anything else. If you do find them, the selection option will be poor. Probably cheaper and future replacements will be easier if you go to a 12" rear wheel to match the fronts.
