'06 Club Car won't go

I found a burnt resistor & loose terminal on my solenoid. I replaced the solenoid w/ a HD solenoid & a STD resistor. My cart still will not go. I have 12.4V on each battery & 50.0V on the main terminals. With the cart in Forward & the accelerator depressed the voltage on the main terminals went down to 49.9V & then came right back up to 50.0V. So I don't think the problem is with my batteries. Could this be the F&R Microswitch? I have an '06 Precedent Ser#PQ0642-696436, does anybody know if this is a 2 terminal or 3 terminal Microswitch? Also, is the Microswitch located under the F&R cover? Sorry for all the questions but I am a newbie.

I have replaced the F&R switch & still no go. I have noticed that the voltage on the big terminals which was reading over 48V has now dropped to .5V. Can anybody help me?

It could be a bad controller.
