05 presedent,willnot move

i have a 2005 presedent batteries are good,lights work cart willnot move. no click when you push on accelerator

if your sure batteries are all good and cables are tight ends all clean..........jack the rear up and jump the large post on the soleniod then turn key on put in gear and press pedal if wheels spin then either the soleniod is bad or the microswitch that activates it.......................
