Here are pictures of my electric to gas converted 2004 EZGO. I built the cart in 2 days and its a pure blast to drive! The average top speed so far is 30.7 mph GPS'd. I took the cart mudding saturday and it was fun. The engine is a new 13hp harbor freight, comet 780 clutch, Arctic Cat belt, yamaha gas rear end, yamaha f/r cables-accelerator cable-brake cables, custom exhaust pipe, long travel dune buggy coil overs in the rear, jakes front drop axle.

I may decide to stretch the cart when I make some more money and build a nice cage.

Thanks I'm having fun with this cart!
Gonzo, I recently went on an off road trip with my yamaha cart(has the same engine) and it got about 25 mpg up there in the mountains. I usually carry extra gas with me.

BTTB, my assembly line is 4 ezgo carts I bought a couple weeks ago. I chopped up 2 and turned them into limos, this cart got the batteries ripped out, and one more is waiting to be stretched. lol they dont stay stock for long around here.
