02 series cart won't charge

02 series cart 50 volts on batt pack have bypassed computer. Charger will click but will not come on. Charger is good, Tried on another cart and tried another charger on this cart, same result. Cart runs but will not charge, never had one do this.

charger receptical wire broken?mine did this and luckily was changing cables and discovered it

The charge plug is fine. Good reading on all three pins.
