problems

I have been helping to figure out a friends cart. He has a 1987 Club Car DS that when pressing the throttle pedal in forward it jumps then goes like normal. He has changed all solenoids with new ones, I checked the wiring but not each solenoid to see if they are good. I did find 2 micro switches...
