problem solved

2004 Club Car Gas, 9hp Kawasaki engine. Start up a little slow, no power, very sluggish and no torque. When the engine is cold is has no power but about 5 minutes, it runs much better. I replaced the spark plug with Autolite 64. Compression is 120psi. Is this O.K? Fresh oil change 10W30...
