polaris

Hi, I posted this in another thread but realized it was an old thread and probably won't get a response so I thought I would start another new post! I am helping a neighbor try to fix his 2010 Polaris Breeze. Everything seems to work fine, but the speed is limited to about 10 miles per hour...
