persistent problem with short duration of charge.

My 2007 36 volt golf cart runs very well for short periods of time; full speed, fwd/rev work fine, etc. After about 30 min or less driving time, it acts like the batteries are dead. When I measure voltage, all are 6.1V or so, and test "weak" but not "bad" with load tester. Nothing is hot; no...
