club car electric motor swap

I just purchased a used 2021 Club Car Onward with very little use on it. I have a 2016 Club Car Precedent that has a modified electric motor in it. The 2016 Club Car top speed on flat ground is 25 MPH whereas the Onward was 18 MPH. I swapped motors and now the Onward only goes 12 MPH on flat...
