4 flash error

Hey everyone, looking for some advice as to why I have the 4 flash error code coming up and how to diagnose it. I believe it happened before it wen to the repair shop, and they wanted to scrap it for $300. I took it home, manually charged all the batteries, and ensured water/acid level was good...
