10 precedent lighting acceleration problems

My 2010 Club Car Precedent NEV batteries are 1 1/2 year old and after charging they all read 8 + yet if i try to climb a small hill on the golf course I can't do it. Plus at night my lights really dim when accelerating. Any thoughts?
