Rough Roads Soft Ride?

Just starting out on a project. '81 Club Car DS rolling chassis in hand. I want to make a solar lithium cart for use on an island. The roads are paved, but half of them are deteriorated: 4" protruding rocks and holes in some places. It really wears on the backside when in a cart unless you slow to a crawl, and the older folks have invested in a Kubota RTV 900, which gives a much nicer ride. What should I build up the Club Car with to get a Kubota like ride out of it?

A good long travel lift kit like a All Sports and some good low air pressure tires would get your Club Car riding good. Just lowering the air pressure in the tires makes a huge difference in the ride. Welcome to Cartaholics Golf Cart Forum. :hattip:
